Terms and Conditions | Wynn gift with purchase.

1. This is a promotion by NAC, a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited ( “NAC”).
2. The first 500 (five hundred) customers that purchase a new policy with NAC between 6 February and 29 February 2012  (“Participants”) will receive a bottle of Wynn’s injector cleaner, valued at $19 RRP (the “Gift”). Stocks are strictly limited.  Renewal of an existing policy shall not qualify as purchasing a new policy for the purposes of this promotion.
3. Gifts will be posted by standard post to Recipients to the address recorded on the relevant policy at the end of March 2012. NAC shall not be liable for any Gift that does not reach its destination for any reason, provided that it can show that the Gift was posted.  
4. NAC underwriting criteria apply to all applications for insurance.
5. Gifts are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash except that NAC may substitute an alternative gift for the Gift at its discretion, provided that any alternative gift shall be of equal or greater value to the Gift.
6. Should any Gift be returned or should any Recipient not claim their Gift within a reasonable time following the draw, the Gift may be deemed forfeited.
7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. In accepting a Gift each Recipient agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that NAC may reasonably require in respect of this promotion.
9. NAC accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage caused by a Gift or arising in any way from the Recipient’s participation in this promotion.
