The personal information that we collect from you when you apply for insurance will be used by us to underwrite and administer your insurance. You can give us personal information about another person only if you have the authority of that person to do so.

NAC Insurance / IAG New Zealand will be entitled to give to or obtain from others, personal information about you relevant to your insurance, including but not limited to the Insurance Claims Register Limited.

NAC Insurance / IAG New Zealand will use the personal information you provide about yourself to update the disclosures for any other NAC Insurance / IAG New Zealand policy under which you are (now or at any time in the future) named as an insured.

Wherever your personal information may be held within IAG New Zealand or on its behalf, we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect this information from unauthorised access or disclosure.
