Terms and Conditions | Travel Vouchers Prize Draw

  1. This is a promotion by NAC, a business division of IAG New Zealand Limited (the “Promoter”).
  2. Every insurance broker that opens an account with NAC in order to utilise the qbix facility between 14 November and 31 December 2011 will automatically be entered into the draw to win $500 worth of travel vouchers (the “Prize”). There will be one entry per account opened.
  3. There is one Prize to be won.
  4. In the week beginning 16 January 2012 the winner of the Prize will be drawn at random from all entrants.
  5. The Prize winner will be notified by telephone and the Prize will be posted to the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the Prize within a reasonable time following the draw, an alternative winner of that Prize may be drawn.
  6. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash and is subject to terms and conditions of the vendor that the winner should familiarize themselves with upon receipt.
  7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. In accepting a Prize the winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity arrangements that the Promoter may require in respect of this promotion.
