NAC Roadside Assist is here to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, almost anywhere in New Zealand.

Get NAC Roadside Assist when you take out a full comprehensive Wheels (car) or Easyrider (motorbike) insurance policy*.

Roadside Assist will help you out by unlocking keys from inside vehicles, jump starting flat batteries, changing your flat tyre, providing five litres of fuel if you run out and if Roadside Assist can’t get your vehicle mobile again they’ll tow it to the nearest repairer or safe place for you.

Unfortunately there are some situations in which Roadside Assist can’t help you out – if your vehicle is over three tonne kerb weight, if it has been left unattended, or if it can’t be accessed by a two wheel drive vehicle.

If you’re towing a trailer / caravan / boat etc and it needs to be towed as well, you will need to cover that cost.
